A burst supply line, an overflowing tub, or a storm surge under the back door doesn't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Hirex Water Damage sends licensed technicians straight to your Marietta address with extraction equipment already loaded and running.
Too many Marietta, OH families have called a big national number only to get bounced through hold music before a random subcontractor shows up hours later, so Hirex Water Damage built its Marietta operation differently. Every technician on our Marietta roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Our senior technicians are IICRC-certified and have worked everything from a clean supply-line break to a full sewage backup, so Water Removal in Marietta isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. Full liability coverage and Marietta, OH licensing back every job we take, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
We keep a stocked warehouse inside Marietta, OH so equipment never has to be trucked in from another region, which is the difference between a 45-minute arrival and a next-day one.
Ask any Marietta property manager who has dealt with a burst supply line at 3am — the difference between a crew that shows up ready and one still loading a truck at the shop is measured in gallons of water soaking into your subfloor. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Marietta call at a time.
Water damage doesn't always look dramatic at first — some of the costliest Marietta jobs we've handled began as a small, easy-to-miss problem. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
Recognizing one of these signs early is the difference between a contained repair and a gutted room, so call our Marietta team and get a straight answer on how urgent it is.
We size the Marietta response to the actual damage — a single-room extraction gets a two-person crew, a commercial loss gets the full fleet — nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
Our Marietta units run truck-mount extraction pumps that pull thousands of gallons per hour, cutting standing-water time from days to hours. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Once water is out, we bring in commercial air movers and LGR dehumidifiers, positioned using psychrometric readings rather than guesswork, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
For families in Marietta, this covers flood-cut drywall removal, subfloor evaluation, and packing out salvageable belongings for cleaning, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
Marietta businesses and property managers get a dedicated project lead, after-hours crews, and equipment scaled to square footage rather than a single-crew response — we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
Category 3 blackwater calls for full PPE, antimicrobial treatment, and disposal of anything porous that touched the contamination — our Marietta crews are trained for exactly that protocol.
We apply antimicrobial treatment during every Marietta drying job specifically to head off mold before it starts, and we'll flag any area that needs deeper remediation.
Every Marietta estimate is written and explained before work begins — no vague "we'll see how it goes" pricing.
Local staging inside Marietta, OH means Marietta response times usually beat the national average by a wide margin.
We photograph and log every step specifically so your claim moves faster and you're not the one arguing with the insurance company.
We don't call a job finished until the moisture meter agrees, and if it doesn't, we return at no additional cost.
A short call with our Marietta dispatcher tells us whether this is a one-room job or a multi-crew response before anyone drives out.
Our nearest available Marietta crew is dispatched immediately with truck-mount extraction gear on board.
Standing water comes out first; drying equipment gets placed only after we've mapped exactly where moisture is hiding.
Daily moisture checks continue until every affected material reads dry, and you get a complete report at the end.
Our Marietta technicians use moisture meters at the start and the end of every job, and the final number has to hit the dry standard before we leave. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
We put that guarantee directly on the Marietta work order, not just in an ad. We try to send the original technician back for any follow-up so you're not re-explaining the job to someone new.
